A condition of booking tutoring at Aspiring Mathematics Tutoring is you accepting the terms and conditions below. Failure to comply will result in bookings being cancelled in the future.

PLEASE pay invoice(s) BEFORE attending tutorial(s) or your tutorial time(s) may be reallocated. If you wish to pay in instalments please discuss this with Fiona IMMEDIATELY on receipt of the invoice It is a requirement that an automatic payment needs to be organised so that payment is received prior to the tutoring session. This is non-negotiable. It is not acceptable to pay in instalments without discussion with Fiona first.

24 hours notice is required if cancelling a lesson. If you cancel at short notice within 24 hours of your booking then full payment is required to ensure that future bookings remain in place. We appreciate that illness means that sometimes students will need to cancel, but by booking with us you accept that payment is still required. If another family member is enrolled with Aspiring Mathematics Tutoring, it may be possible for them to attend during the booked time; however, this is dependent on the skills of the tutors available.

Where possible, Aspiring Mathematics Tutoring will endeavour to offer an alternative time for prepaid sessions when 24 hours notice has been given. Catch-ups must happen in the term that they are booked. Any refunds or credits will incur an administration fee of $20 (plus GST). If you cancel a group lesson there will be a $20 (plus GST) charge to change this to an individual session.
